Their carbon-negative footprint and improved ethylene production make them a leading producer of affordable, eco-friendly ethylene in Europe. Ethylene is a basic chemical used in the production of various products, including plastics and polymers. Syclus promotes the use of bio-ethylene as a solution to reduce plastic waste, CO2-emissions, and the use of oil and gas for the production of plastics.
Their technology for bio-ethylene production is already commercially available and applied in Asia and South America.
